On October 3, 2008, at their regular hearing the Planning Commission approved
your request for to amend the City Land Use plan from Low Density Residential
to Multifamily (LU08-20-02) at the western terminus of Valley Ranch Drive.
This item has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This letter
is to inform you that the item will be heard at the October 21, 2008 Little Rock
City Board of Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West
Markham Street, and starts at 6:00 PM. This is a public meeting, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or
opposition to the Land Use Plan amendment. Please be prepared to answer
questions if they arise.
