The Pulaski County Assessor's Office lists you or your organization as the owner of parcel # 53L-013.03-001.02. Based on all of the feedback received, Planning and Development Staff has proposed an amendment package that now includes your property. Your property is currently shown as Mixed Office Commercial on the Future Land Use Plan. The proposal is to change it to Commercial to better reflect existing zoning. We would like to remind you that a change to the Land Use Plan does not change your zoning or taxes. The Land Use Plan is a general tool that designates where and what type of development occurs in certain areas. Please see the map on the back of this letter that indicates all area changes. Also enclosed are several handouts regarding the Future Land Use Plan. The proposed changes will be taken before the Planning Commission at City Hall at 4:00 p.m. on February 3, 2005. A Staff report will be available at our website www.accesslittlerock.org, via the Planning and Development page, under Planning Commission Agenda approximately one week prior to the hearing. It will be item #13 on the Agenda. Any questions or comments can be directed to Brian Minyard or Charles Bloom at 371-4790.
