Mr. Moore,
The Owner would like to withdraw the proposed rezoning on Valley Ranch Drive
(Item Z-7685, SF to 0-3).
The Owner would like to amend the proposed rezoning on Chenonceau to request
0-1 zoning instead of 0-3 zoning (Item Z-7864).
The Owner would like to amend the proposed Land Use Plan amendment to
eliminate that portion adjacent to Valley Ranch Drove (Item LU 04-20-01, Single
Family to Office).
