Attached hereto you will please find the Application for a Land Use Amendment made by
Ranch Properties, Inc., an Arkansas corporation, and FCC Tract D Partnership, an
Arkansas general partnership, by and through its Managing General Partner, Financial
Centre Corporation. Immediately after receipt and acceptance of the subject Application,
the Applicant will pay the $55.00 filing fee to the City Collector and will post the signs
pursuant to any placement dictated by the Staff at least 15 days prior to the public hearing,
now scheduled for September 2, 1999.
