3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE
4 WEST FOURCHE PLANNING DISTRICT (LU10-22-01) FROM
5 RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY TO COMMERCIAL; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan,
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. That Residential Low Density at the northwest corner of Lawson Road and Marsh
12 Road be amended to Commercial.
13 Section 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage
14 and approval.
