Dear Mr. Minyard:
RE: Rezone of 1801 East 38th Street
I am oposed to the above address being rezoned from R-2 to
POD to allow for an office use. It does not seems logic that
an office (whatever use) would have need to locate in a totally
congested residential development., The footage between each)h&me
is limited and asking to homeowners to tolerate a business
office between them seems most unfair. It seem obvious there will
be more incoming/outgoing traffic.
A professional or business person having a desire to locatean
office in "Granite Mountain" between two residents plus their
clientele having to negotiate two railroad crossings to get to
their office plus there are no other offices in the area.
I oppose the rezone and would appreciate a copy of the owner's

I solicit the Commission's disapproval of the rezone.
