The land behind the house is owned by the city that change is to Park/Open Space the same as the creek. There is no
development plan with this. It is Staff generated not property owner generated. The intent is to better recognize the
existing conditions – use and zoning. The land is not likely to be developed from homes based on the existing use,
ownership and zoning.

Will it include land behind the house that sits next to the synagogue? Are they wanting to convert it to
parking? Will it impact the dead-end area that sits between West 5th and Cunningham Lake Road? Thank you
for your assistance.

See the attached map. 6A is land the City owners along Rock Creek and 6B is land owned by the synagogue (behind
the structure itself).

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could provide me with more information on the changes planned for 6-A & 6-B
and let me know where exactly that is located.
