I got a call from an owner on I Street. His property is zoned R-2 Single Family but there are four –units in the building
(house has be ‘cut-up’). The change is from Residential high Density to Residential Low Density. There are four other
properties in the change area all ar single-family homes on R-2 Lots. I would like to amend the requested change to
Residential Medium Density that allows a high density but not multi-family to respect the owners request and use. The
Residential Medium Density is already on the Plan across the street from this Property.
I need to get this to Alice today or Monday morning at latest.
