Subject:Hillcrest Land Use Proposed Changes
Dear Mr. Malone,
I have reviewed the suggested changes in the Hillcrest Land Use Plan. After considering these changes I want to
make my position known about (2-B) from Commercial to Mixed Use.
I own the property at 2612 Kavanaugh. Since purchasing the property in 1972 it has been a mixed use building.
But I do not want the designation changed as I may choose to convert the residential apartment to a commercial
use. I see no reason to make changes for 3 buildings. So I am against any change at this time.
