As was noted in a letter we sent you in May, The Department of Planning and
Development is reviewing the City's future Land Use Plan in the area east of the Union
Pacific Railroad tracks and I-530. A few changes are being considered within the Capitol
Zoning area, Enclosed is a map of some proposed changes.
A public hearing before the Little Rock Planning Commission at 4 P.M. Thursday,
August 23, 2018 has been scheduled to review the package of changes. This meeting will
be in the Little Rock Board of Directors Chambers, second floor of City Hall, 500 West
Markham. You are invited to attend this meeting or send any comments you may have on
the proposed changes to wmalyne@littlerock.org by Friday August 10, 2018.
