Dear Director Hendrix:
The Department of Planning and Development is reviewing the City's future Land Use
Plan in the area east of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks and I-530. Letters are being
since to area Neighborhood Association soliciting comments about possible changes to
the Plan to include as part of this review.
A copy of the current Land Use Plan map is located on the City's website —
www.littlerock.goy. Just click `City Hall' then cl icl< on the `Planning and Development'
link, once on that page scroll down to the MAPS section, select the map; under Planning
& Development section select the Land Use view er. This link will take you t6 an
interactive Land Use Plan Map. Enclosed is a pamphlet about the future Land Use Plan
and a list of the Land Use categories with delinitions for your information and use.
Suggestions for the staff review of this area are requested prior to Friday, April 27, 2017.
After this date a package of potential changes wi I1 be generated to help update the Land
