The area generally southeast of the Marshall Street and 7th Street intersection is amended 17 from Commercial (C)to Public Institutional(PI). (LU18-01-01) 18 Section 2. The area either side of Arch Street, north of La Harpe Boulevard is amended from Mixed 19 Use—Urban(MXU)to Public Institutional(PI). (LU18-01-02A) 20 Section 3. An area along the south bank of the Arkansas River from Broadway Street to the Union 21 Pacific Rail Road Line is amended from Mixed Use — Urban (MXU) to Park/Open Space (PK/OS). 22 (LU18-01-02B) 23 Section 4. An area south of Roosevelt Road at South Pulaski Street is amended from Residential 24 Low Density(RL)to Commercial(C). (LU18-01-03) 25 Section 5. An area east of Broadway Street, between 22nd Street and 23rd Street is amended from 26 Public Institutional (PI)to Mixed Use(MX). (LU18-01-04A) 27 Section 6. An area east of Spring Street, between 23' Street and 24th Street is amended from Mixed 28 Use(MX)to Residential Low Density(RL). (LU18-01-04B) 29 Section 7. An area is generally east of Dixon Road between Shambruger Lane and Ahart Lane is 12 amended from Residential low Density(RL)to Public Institutional(PI). (LU18-01-08B) 13 Section 16. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,phrase, or 14 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 15 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 16 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 17 ordinance. 18 Section 17. Repealer.
