Amendment of the above property has been filed with the Department of Planning and
Development. A public hearing will be held by the L. R. Planning Commission in the Board of
Directors Chamber, second floor, City Hall, on September 18 2008 at 4:00 P.M. This notice is
provided in order to assure that area residents are aware of issues that may affect their
