Dear Ms. James:
Lasater Family Limited Partnership ("LFLP") is the owner of approximately 3.5 acres
located at the northwest corner of Arkansas State Highway 10 and Morgan Cemetery Road.
LFLP has executed a contract to sell approximately 1.16 acres to Corey Gillum for a
photography studio/office which requires a Planned Office Development ("POD") Application.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that LFLP has authorized Corey Gillum and/or
his agent to act on behalf of LFLP.

Corey Gillum - Gillum Photography
Hwy. 10 -Little Rock, AR
Dear Ms. James:
Corey Gilham, owner of Gillum Photography, has entered into a contract to purchase
approximately 1.16 acres of land on Hwy. 10 from the present owner, Lasater Family Limited
Partnership, for the construction and operation of a photography studio/office located approximately 260
feet west of the northwest corner of Hwy. 10 and Morgan Cemetery Road and immediately east of Bill's
Import Service as shown on the attached site plan dated September 29, 2005 prepared by Gary Dean of
Williams & Dean Associated Architects attached as Exhibit A.
The approximately 3400 square foot building will be residential type construction with the
exterior appearance being that of a country cottage as shown on the attached Exhibit B with extensive
landscaping, a 50 foot tree and landscape buffer along the north property line and adequate parking for the
development. The site plan will adhere to the City of Little Rock Hwy. 10 design standards of (i) a forty
foot (40') open space (OS) zone along Hwy. 10 and (ii) a one hundred foot (100') building set back line.
There will also be one forty foot (40') shared ingress/egress access driveway to serve both this site and
the present owner's remaining approximately 2.8 acres to the east.
This development when completed will be a very attractive addition to the Hwy. 10 corridor and
complimentary to the adjoining businesses, schools and homes in the immediate area. Should you have
