Enclosed is the information you requested. Included in this packet is a Land Use
Plan Amendment Application, a sheet with the description of Land Use
Categories, and a pamphlet describing the Land Use Plan. Please fill out the
enclosed application and return it with the filing fee of $60. You will also need to
submit three copies of a site plan for your property. In addition will need to pick
up a public notice sign at 723 W. Markham Street. Your Land Use Plan
amendment application will be heard at the same time as your zoning
application. Once we have received your application materials and filing fee, we
will mail you a confirmation letter with a list of neighborhood associations to
