Attached, please find the bid from PI Roofing to repair the fascia and replace the roof on our house at
308 East Daisy Gaston Bates Drive, Little Rock, AR. Please note that the bid is in two parts. The
roof replacement is described in the first part and will total $8,086.00. The estimate to repair the
fascia and extend the gutter on back roof is from Chris Tritt and totals $4,206.92. If you need
anything else from me, please let me know. I can also be reached on my cell phone (a501-920-
2619).
PI Roofing will be ready to undertake the work once we are able to obtain the building permit.
