I have attached a sketch where the approved fence locations are. We will need a survey on one page with the reduced fence locations drawn on it. Your gate was approved at the midpoint of that wall. You may place it there, or it may be coplanar with the neighbors fence which would place it a bit farther back on the lot. Please resubmit your survey and sketch. I should be able to approve it the day I get the email back. I’d like to go with this layout. I may eventually proceed with getting permitting and approval for fencing the backside of the house, but that area was just to hide my HVAC and trash cans. I had already planned to put a gate at that back corner to keep the dogs out of that area anyway, so this fits into my plans perfectly.
