The revised price for this project is around $750. This project includes: 2 1) A 5.2' wide Cumberland street facing gate, between the home and neighbors fence, even existing fence 5.3' wide fence along the back of the. 2) A 5.3' wide fence at the back corner of the house connecting to the neighbors fence. Materials used will be horizontal cedar, sealed to match the cedar paneling of the home. (Drawing Attached) This resubmission is to correspond with plans previously approved by the MacArthur Park Historic District. Please Let me know if you need anything more from me. Thank you!
