He handles HNP demos and should be able to assess the contractor ability to perform. Owner demolitions should follow City Of Little Rock guidelines and David can explain to them. I have signed of on the demolition since it burnt. His contractor, Lee Gatlin, Handyman Detail and Hauling (not sure of the name) says he has a contractor license but has not registered with the City to do online permits. I gave Gatlin the phone number for permits to get him registered to pull the permit. Ed, I told him there were requirements from Housing when removing a structure. I told him he would need to get with housing to make sure it was done correctly. (Cleveland Thomas was also on the phone intermittently.)
