Brian,
Not sure who he is but I would suggest he talk with David Jackson. He handles HNP demos and should be able to assess
the contractor ability to perform.
Owner demolitions should follow City Of Little Rock guidelines and David can explain to them.

The owner at 1419 Commerce (Macarthur Park historic district) is wanting to demolish his house. I have
signed of on the demolition since it burnt. His contractor, Lee Gatlin, Handyman Detail and Hauling (not
sure of the name) says he has a contractor license but has not registered with the City to do online
permits. I gave Gatlin the phone number for permits to get him registered to pull the permit.
Ed, I told him there were requirements from Housing when removing a structure. I told him he would
need to get with housing to make sure it was done correctly. (Cleveland Thomas was also on the phone
intermittently.)
