Brian,
Per your request I have inspected the above referenced structure. This was a vacant single family wood structure that
was extensively damaged as a result of a fire that occurred recently. It is my professional opinion that the structure is
beyond repair and should be razed and removed as soon as possible in order to protect the welfare and safety of the
citizens of Little Rock.

Have you had a chance to look at this house?
Mr. Cleveland Thomas, the owner, came in today and stated that he know it was a total loss. He wants to take care of
the demolition himself. But he wants to wait until the fire dept. has finished their investigation.

in the historic district which the building inspector or other agent of the city shall certify is required to correct and
unsafe or dangerous condition:
