As you know, that house burned this weekend. He I willing to demolish the house, but wants to wait on the investigation of the fire by your department. Could you keep me in the loop as to when the investigation is complete? From a health and safety aspect, it needs to be demolished very shortly after your investigation is over. In an effort to get the owners motivated to sell or rehab, they went before the HDC in 2018-2019. This set of minutes have been attached. > > I have plenty more documents in my files if you want to view them. > > Also, if there are any questions, please let me know. Not that I have any clue as to who or why these fires happened, I thought this would add another dimension to your investigation. 2 > > Brian Minyard, AICP > Urban Designer > City of Little Rock > 723 West Markham > Little Rock, AR 72201 > bminyard@littlerock.gov > Phone 501-371-4789 > Fax 501-399-3435 > > > <HDC_08 13 2019.pdf>
