Customer is fully responsible for underground utilities, property lines, fence lines, water sprinkler systems, bushes, trees and shrubs. Customer agrees that materials
furnished is and shall remain property of Ingle Fence Company until all sums of money have been paid in full. Wood fence is not warrantied for warpage, cracking or
shrinking. Customer further agrees in the event of non-payment all material remains temporary and moveable property and authorizes Ingle Pence Company to enter
property and remove said materials. Ingle Fence Company has full legal rights and will execute such right to lien any and all property in the event of nonpayment.
Customer agrees to pay a 10% penalty on all delinquent accounts. An account becomes delinquent 10 days after due date. Customer further agrees to pay any interest
and attorney's fees or collection fees incurred in collecting delinquent accounts. Customer does not have to sign this contract to be bound by its terms and conditions.
If customer has received a copy of this contract and gives verbal commitment to proceed, then customer agrees to all provisions herein.
