Dear Commissioners:
The Quapaw Quarter Association recommends that the Historic
District C nrdssion grant the application of Fashion Park Cleaners
for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
We believe that the proposed facade treatment will improve the
appearance of the structure and create an aesthetic that is more
in keeping with the neighborhood.
