Dear Mr. Dooley:
It is the intention of Fashion Park Cleaners to give our
location at 1101 Cumberland a "face-lift" this fall.
Enclosed is a sketch of the proposed finished product
designed by the Renshaw Firm Architects. Be assured that all of
the exposed material to be used in the project will be treated
wood to conform to the historic nature of the neighborhood.
Estimated cost for the project is in the $15,000.00 to $20,000.00
range.
