Here is what I found on the internet, both private and public sources.
Please let me know if you did not already know these addresses. I think the Highway 365 South address is the one.
In the bylaws, E General Policies, 9, Applicant Attendance at meeting.
The applicant of each item docketed shall be present or represented at the meeting and
prepared to discuss the request.
There is a form that allows a property owner to sign a statement that gives his representative the authority to act for
him. I would have to ask our attorney if this can be waived. I have never known it to be waived.
Further in the bylaws:
Article VIII. Waivers
Any procedural provision of these by-laws that is not required by Arkansas statute or Little Rock
ordinance may be waived by a majority vote of the members present.
The ordinance states that we must notify the owner and surrounding properties of the proposed action.
So, who pays for the title company work?
