This proposed handrail is in the McArthur Historic District handbook.
The 411 E 6th Street house has a wooden hand rail; there is not a hand rail on the 409 E 6 th Street house.
We are fine with not adding a hand rail to 409 6th but would like to keep one on the 411 E 6th Street house
I need to get some updated photos but at least you can see the current handrail on 411 and no handrail on 409
