All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in proper workmanlike manner Tota
according to the submitted specifications and standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from the
above specifications will require an extra charge over and above the estimate. Agreements will be
fulfilled in a timely manner, unless circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather delays, accidents,
strikes, etc...) occur.

Re:409 & 411 East 6th Street & 601 Rock Street.
Porch repair, column repair, door removal and installation.
Item #1: 601 Rock Street; provide carpentry labor and materials for front porch repair.
Item #2: 409 East 6th Street; allowance for repair, fill, patch and paint to match, areas on
columns and bases. Allowance for removal and transport of two (2) doors, one at a time,
the subsequent being taken after installation of the first. Provision made for the securing
both doorways and installation. Labor and material inclusive.
