Item #1: 409 & 411 East 6th Street; provide metal, powder coated, Iamb's tongue hand
rails for new sets of concrete steps. Estimate includes labor, material, delivery and
installation.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in proper workmanlike manner I Total $1,570.00
according to the submitted specifications and standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from the
above specifications will require an extre charge over and above the estimate. Agreements will be
fulfilled in a timely manner, unless circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather delays, accidents,
strikes, etc...) occur.
