You told me DD&F has to have a permit to do this concrete work but our contractor says we don’t – he works in
Quapaw historic district and everywhere in LR. He has never had to have one before.

Can DD&F also replace the sidewalk from the front porch steps to the iron gate. The concrete person suggested this
change. This will make the steps and that walkway match and look nicer.

Below are the photos you asked me to take. DD&F is requesting permission to redo the front steps to the 411 East 6 th
Street house. I understand they will need to be rebuilt in the same shape and location as now using plain concrete with
a broom finish for safety.
