DD&F needs to repair our front porch steps on the 411 and 409 houses. Not sure if we have to tear them out and
rebuild or just repair? I don’t see specifications for cement for this project but page 55 of The MacArthur Park Historic
District Guidelines for Rehabilitation and New Construction states; “ Brick and concrete steps are rarely original.” The
steps to both of these houses are concrete. So are the porches.
Can you advise then give permission to do this needed repair?
