Entergy has concerns with any future development of the subject property insofar as the property has
transmission lines along the west property line and distribution lines along the north, south and west
property lines.
The owner/developer should contact Entergy directly in advance of any plans to develop this property to
discuss electrical service requirements and issues, adjustments to existing facilities (if any), and electrical
utility easements.
