Our client, Mr. Robles, recently engaged our firm to help annex his property into the Little Rock city limits. The property, 17201
Kanis Road, is currently located just outside of the city limits and our planned commercial development will require City
Services in order to be successful. Below is a schedule of services of the city of Little Rock to be extended to the area within
three years (3) after the date of annexation becomes final.
