SUBJECT: 17201 KANIS ANNEXATION
DATE: JUNE 19, 2020
This is to inform you that the City of Little Rock has completed the annexation of the area
commonly called "17201 Annexation — A337 ". As a result of Ordinance 21872 approximately
0.7 acres will become part of the City of Little Rock as of the July 16, 2020. The area is
currently R -2, zoned single - family. The land has an unoccupied single - family house on it at this
time. Please take all necessary actions to assure that the area receives city services.
Attached you should find a copy of Ordinance 21872 and map. The area annexed is along the
south side of Kanis Road, west of Chenal Parkway (17201 Kanis Road). If you have any
