I need a copy of everything you provided the county – petition, survey (map and legal), letter from AGIO and their
support materials. I also need the Judge’s Order and a cover letter asking for annexation (services to be provided and
proposed and/or existing use of the land). All of this can be digital ie emailed. But there is also a filing fee - $250. This
check needs to be made out to the City of Little Rock. Once I have all the materials the item will be placed on a Planning
commission agenda for their recommendation. Then it will go on to the Little Rock Board of Directors. I will be
communicating with your representative through this process.

PS I’m sure Brian told you that Mr. McCarty showed up at the meeting last night and vented his spleen. He was angry
and moderately abusive but the chair (Mr. Russell who is the subject of this email) did a very good job of keeping him in
check.

I’m Christina Base and I work for Jeremiah Russell at Rogue architecture. He told me to contact you in regards to the
annexation process we are currently working on for a client. We’ve filed the petition with the county and received th e order
from the judge. For the next step would we be able to file it directly with the City Clerk or would we need to go through the
Planning Department first?
