On May 15, 2020 at their regular hearing the Planning Commission approved your
request for annexation (A337, 17210 Kanis Road Annexation).
This matter has been forwarded to Board of Directors for a hearing. This letter is to
inform you that the item will be heard at the June 16, 2020 Little Rock City Board of
Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors location will be at the William Grant Still Ballroom of the
Planning
Zoning and
Subdivision
Robinson Center, 426 West Markham at 6 P.M. This is a public hearing, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition
to your request. Please be prepared to answer questions if they arise.
