Keep existing glass when possible. b) If replacing, new sash shall match the old in pattern of the openings and their size, proportion of the frame and sash, configuration of window panes, muntin profiles, and paint color. if possible, use existing glass in new sash. 4) Damage due to fire Replace all elements damaged by fire with elements of same material, dimension, profile and shape.
