t ) Brick Repair at front of house
a) Replace missing bricks as needed to match existing pattern.
b) Use Type N mortar with joint to match existing.
2) Wood Siding Fagade Repair
a) Trim Boards and Siding Repair
i) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
b) Trim Boards around Windows
i) Remove damaged trim boards and replace with boards of same dimension, shape and
profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint after stucco repair has been completed.
3) Window Repair
a) Replace or repair window elements if deteriorated. Keep existing glass when possible.
b) If replacing, new sash shall match the old in pattern of the openings and their size,
proportion of the frame and sash, configuration of window panes, muntin profiles, and
paint color. if possible, use existing glass in new sash.
4) Damage due to fire
Replace all elements damaged by fire with elements of same material, dimension, profile and
shape.
