Enclosed is a copy of your item that is a part of the agenda for the July 11, 2016 Little
Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is approval with
conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.
Your application for Demolition of Structure, at 113 E 9th Street will be heard before the
Historic District Commission on July 11, 2016. The hearing will be held in the Board
Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at
5:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present
in order for the item to be heard.
