Project Description with Conditions listed:
1. Remove existing roof and replace any decking and roof rafters as needed. No changes are to be made to the roof pitches, gable s or
valleys.
2. Install new roof. The roof to be installed is to be a standing seam roof custom fabrication with 20” between standing seam ribs and 3/4
inch tall standing seam ribs. The material is to be Firestone Metal Products Una Clad Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000 Florocarbon Alu minum Slate
Gray in color.
3. Roof vents must be reinstalled in original position as before and may be painted to match roof color.
4. Top ridge to be installed to match original; bend standing seam ribs down and cover with piece of ridge metal to match origin al size.
5. No roofing to be installed on lower west roof with asphalt shingles.
6. Built in gutters must remain functional after roofing is complete. Gutters may be lined with “Peel -n-Seal” or similar product for water
proofing.
7. A building permit must be obtained before the start of work.
