Mark,
Per our conversation the other day. I talked with Tracy Spillman, the Landscape person in my department and his boss,
Dana Carney. You will need to go to the City Beautiful Commission (CBC) to get a variance on the landscaping for the
parking lot at 904 Scott because there is no room for any plantings on the east or west property lines. You should be
able to get eight or nine spaces. You will go to the HDC for the parking lot before you go to the CBC.
While I encourage you to file the application for the fences, porch restoration, and parking lot all at the same time, it is
your choice to the timing.
