Subject:Application for Certificate of appropriateness for removal of wall at 904 Scott
There is a section of concrete wall (originally used as support for a roof covering) at the back of the property. There
is no longer any intent to use the wall to support a roof and the wall does not contribute to the historical significance
of the house on the property. We feel that the property will be enhanced be the elimination of the wall esthetically
and it's elimination could make the limited space behind the house more useful for other endeavors.
