It is to be manufactured by Ameristar Fence Co. of 1" square steel 14 guage pickets with triad finials and painted black. A 5' wide gate is to be made of the same material. A 6' tall wooden fence is proposed for the sides and back of the property and is to be composed of 8' wide by 6' high panels of rough cedar as supplied by Lowes Hardware Stores. The panels use 1/2" x 5" pickets with dog eared tops. A gate for the south side and another for the back are to be made of the same material. The proposed wooden fence for the south side of the house is to be set 28' behind the front corner of the house which will be far enough back to encompass the first floor window. The north side fence is proposed to begin 2' behind the corner of the house as a barrier between this residential house and the existing commercial parking lot that extends to the property line on the north side. Thank you and best regards, Mark H. Brown
