Rounded Wall in Den: Demolition of wall around window with installation of
Wall studs, insulation, drywaA refinishing and paint,

Bedrooms:patch sheetrock, refinish, prime and paint.
Stairway Ceiling: Patch sheetrock, refinish, prime and paint.
EXTERIOR
Exterior Walls
South Exterior: Remove siding (16'X 24'), refasten and replace
missing siding. Replace corner post. Remove and reframe exterior door.
Southeast Exterior: Demolition of rotten dormer, installation of new wall studs
insulation, dnrwall and siding. (Fluted style shaA be milled to match original
siding).
West Exterior: Remove siding (6'X22'), refasten and replace
missing siding.
North Exterior: Demolition of ceiling above Rater heater, siding and wall studs,
installation of new wall studs, insulation, drywall, siding and flashing.
Roof Overhangs
Eaves: Demolition of damaged fascia and soffit, installation of paint
grade fascia and soffit.
Gutter: Demolition and replacement with new gutters.(Box guttering
to be included on rounded southside exterior wall).
Front Porch: demolition of porch underhangs, installation of new underhangs,
rebracing of porch columns for removal and replacement.(New cohunns wii be
milled tp duplicate original style).
