I spoke with Walli Caradine today. If he is repairing the roof, that is considered maintenance. If he is repairing
the awning with the same materials, same size and same technique, that is considered maintenance. If he does
not do any exterior work, (no painting, renovations, etc.) there is no need for a hearing at the Historic district
commission at this time. HOWEVER, his signage will require a COA. He understands that. He is supposed to
be sending you letter (copied to me) that states the above.
He may be filing this cycle or the next for his signage., He has not designed it yet.
Do you need me to document his letter as staff of HDC?

2. Provide signage plan. .
