Dear Neighbors:
I have submitted to the Little Rock Historic District Commission for Certificate of
Appropriateness and the Little Rock Planning Commission for a Conditional Use
Permit for the property located at 1101 Cumberland Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. The
intent is to use an existing building for an Adult Daycare Center and -Offices to serve
adult elderly clients within the City of Little Rock, as well as, the surrounding
communities.
The proposed development will consist of a 6000 square feet Adult Daycare Center and
1500 square feet of general office space.
The Public Hearing for the Little Rock Historic Commission will be held on May 8,
2006 (see enclosed notice).
The Conditional Use Permit Hearing will be held on May 25, 2006 (see enclosed
notice).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness on
the above described property requesting the following changes: Install new sigma on both the
Cumberland and 11th Streets Elevations (North and West sides) of the building to replace the old signage
above the existing awnings. Other lettering will be applied to windows and doors to display address and
hours of operation. A new entrance door will be added on the 11'h Street side of the building.
