As the Management Company for this property we agree with the terms you have listed for the tenant to follow to construct a shed on this property. Therefore we are granting permission for Sara Costley to have this shed construction on the property. We are also enclosing a copy of the Management Agreement we maintain with the owner of the property. The tenant is taking responsibility to have this unit constructed to meet your approval and will have the unit removed once she has completed her lease period at the property.
