Subject:RE: shed for motorcycle-8th & Sherman
My boss and I have looked at the proposed shed at 521 East Eighth Street. This could be approved administratively if the
following conditions are met:
1) Obtain, in writing, the permission of the landlord or their representative with supporting documentation that the
representative can sign for the landlord in such matters.
2) This approval is for one shed only as shown in this email. Either shed could be approved. This approval runs
indefinitely until the shed is removed. Once the shed is removed from this location, the approval is no longer valid.
3) Place the shed on the west side of the house near the rear corner of the house. Do not attach this shed to the
house. Place the high side of the shed against the house.
4) Paint the entirety of the shed to match the blue color of the house.
The approval will be granted once the permission from the landlord is received by this office. A Certificate of Compliance
(COC) will be issued. Construction of the shed may commence after a COC is issued.

Subject: shed for motorcycle-8th & sherman
Hi brian,
Here are the dimentions needed for the storage shed at 8th & Sherman for my motorcycle, along
with photos of how it would/could look in design or style, and painted whatever color you require.
Of course, the taller side of the shed next to the house would have a side of its own and wouldnt
actually be attached to the house itself. It would just be flush to the outside wall of the house, and
in that area where the trash cans and some other junk sit. The trash cans can go further back in
that corner, or the shed can sit at the corner, whatever.
The dimentions of the sheds in the photos are about what I need, with a few inches of wiggle room,
which are 8' L x 4' W. The height is varible due to the design but would need to be a pprox 6' on
low side, with high side at least 7' in order to look right. Or it could be flat topped, whatever suits
the Assoc. But the angled roof would be more complimentory, I think.
Thank you and keep me posted,
