1) This approval is for one shed only as shown in this email. Either shed could be approved. This approval runs until the
lessee (Ms. Costly) vacates the premises. Once the shed is removed from this location, the approval is no longer valid.
2) Place the shed on the west side of the house near the rear corner of the house. Do not attach this shed to the house.
Place the high side of the shed against the house.
3) Paint the entirety of the shed to match the blue color of the house.
