Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) RoofinglFlashing:
a) Install cover board over back porch and fully adhere 45 mil TPO to roof system.
b) Repair porch roof rafters.
c) Line all internal system with 45 mil TPO.
d) Install flashing and crickets around all chimneys. Install new pipe flashings.
e) Tear off existing shingles to deck and install 30# felt and 25 -year composition shingles.
f) Ratted or inferior decking may be replaced with boards of same thickness
g) Reroof with three tab shingles. Color not to be red, green, or white.
h) No changes will be made to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys.
2) Siding and exterior trim:
a) Replace all damaged or missing crown, fascia, soffit, and siding.
b) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same dimension,
shape and profile.
c) Caulk, prime, and paint.
3) Exterior entry:
a) Replace 2 entry/exit doors at the rear of the house with hardware.
b) Reglaze front door only where needed.
4) Prep and paint exterior elevations and trim.
