Dear Sirs:
As the owner of the building located at 812 Sherman Street, I am writing to voice my objection to an
application for a Certificate of Appropriateness that has been submitted by Jeanne R. Bonar for the
relocation of a shed to her property at 523 E. 8th Street.
I do everything within my means to maintain my property. The adjacent property at 523 E. 8th is
currently enough of an eyesore to be detrimental to my property value. The addition of this structure
will, in my opinion, negatively affect my property’s worth. In addition, due to the proposed location and
condition of the shed, I feel my safety could be compromised.
