Brian,
Just an update on the building at 823 e. eighth, we have set it on the site this week and now we are
setting up the people to do the restoration/repair work, removal of bars, reglazing, painting, cloaking
base, etc. Our permit number is 20120080L (or that might be a āCā on the card) and was issued on
this last Monday.
I will be back in town in a couple of weeks and I believe my Mother may be coming down as well to
look at the work and see about getting work done. I think we may get a carpenter to replace some
of the rotten soffit boards on the main house as he does minor work on the shed, but we will get the
paperwork through you for that.

Thanks for your submittal.
The last PDF where you have drawn the shed in place on the survey will work for your permit as long as the drawing is to
the original scale and has the surveyors stamp. Folks draw their improvements in by hand all the time (probably with less
accuracy than you have.)
Your details look like they fulfill the commissions expectations. My concern would be to have the heavier stock lattice
panels installed, not the flimsy wood or plastic lattice. Other than that, let's proceed.

Brian,
I have attached two sketches of the detail as well as a sketch of the bldg. on the site. I have
also attached a full old survey and the corrected drawing of the location in a plan.
I have a surveyor who should give me a new survey with dimension and is marking 3ā and 6ā
on the site.
I am not sure where to go from here. My biggest problem is getting responses from the movers
now.
